After everyone had boarded, the Arofighter flew from the studio’s main hanger bay southbound for Alabama.   Benny the Beast was at the piloting controls, Leo Lionheart had called shot gun and R2-D2 was plugged into the navi-computer.   In the passenger area, the Madagascar Crew and the Hundred-Acre Woods crew were accompanied by Rae the Lioness, Johnny the Lion and the El Arca Big Six : Xiro, Kairel, Bruma, Panthy, Dagnino and Teresa.  Rafiki, Lion, Gantu, 3PO and the others stayed behind to look after the children.
“I am the terror that flaps in the night,” said Johnny in his best Darkwing Duck imitation.  Also, he was wearing a Darkwing Duck costume, where as everyone else was in their Ghostbusters gear.
“Johnny, why are wearing your costume?” Florrie asked.  “Halloween’s not for a couple more days."
“We got a mystery on our paws.  Children are disappearing without a trace, and no seems to know why.  This is a job for--”
“Dork-wing Johnny?” Dagnino interrupted in a wise-cracking fashion.  Bruma and Panthy giggled.
“Knock it off, Daggy!” Teresa said, elbowing her husband in the stomach.  “Johnny, we have to be serious.  This mission could be dangerous.”
“Then let’s get dangerous!!!” Johnny exclaimed.
“Is he going to be like this for the whole time?” Winston asked while whispering in Rae’s ear.
“Oh, yeah,” Rae replied while whispering back.
“That’s our Johnny boy,” said Tigger.  “Ready for anything!  Just like me.  Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!”
“We all need to be ready for anything,” said Gia, “because anything could have taken those children.”
“And Christopher Robin,” said Winnie the Pooh sadly.
“Oh, I hate to think about whatever has him and what it’s doing to him right now,” said Rabbit.
“Yeah,” nodded Buzzy.  He then turned toward Flaps.  “So what we gonna do?”
“I dunno,” Flaps replied.  “What you wanna do?”
“I’ll tell ya what we’re gonna do,” said Ray.  “We’re gonna find whatever took Christopher Robin and teach it a lesson.”
“You got that right,” said Gloria.
It didn’t take long for the Arofighter to arrive in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  The ship docked in a clearing just a few blocks from the mayor’s office.   When the group arrived at the office building, the Mayor of Tuscaloosa, Walter Maddox, greeted them.  He was an average height Caucasian male with short black hair, and he wore a white long-sleeved button shirt with dark brown khaki pants and black leather shoes.
“Welcome, gentlemen and ladies,” Walter said.  “You are the Ghostbusters, am I right?”
“That what is says on our uniforms,” said Peter.
“Explain to us, sir,” said Leo.  “What’s all this about a mystery of disappearing children?”
“I’m afraid it’s as much of a mystery to me,” replied Walter.  “The police department has been getting phone calls from parents who say their children were last seen around Rosswood Park.   One such case was a father playing catch with his son.  The ball was thrown into the edge of the woods and the boy ran in to get it.  He never came out of the woods after that.”
“Oh d-d-d-dear!” exclaimed Piglet.
“That poor boy,” said Marty.
“Has anyone else seen anything suspicious around Rosswood Park?” asked Egon.
“Only a local by the name of Alex Kralie,” Walter answered.  “A few of his friends have seen him coming from and going to Rosswood.”
“Then we’ll need to speak with Alex Kralie personally.” said Ray.
Walter gave the team of travelers Alex’s address, then the Madagascar Team packed into Ecto-1 with the Ghostbusters.  Leo summons Lionheart, his loyal winged lion, and flew on his back with Benny, Rae and Johnny while Pooh and his friends rode on the backs of the buzzards.  Xiro, Kairel, Bruma and Panthy rode on Xiro’s Pokemon partner, Dialga, while Dagnino and Teresa fly on the back of Smokey, Benny’s Charizard, and R2-D2 flies via his rocket jets.
Ecto -1 was the first to pull up to Alex’s house.  Peter, Ray, Egon and Winston insisted to Alex and the others to stay put.  They didn’t want the youth to be intimidated from having large talking animals around his house.  Alex and Vitaly questioned this, stating that Mayor Maddox had no issues with them, but Egon pointed out that Mayor Maddox had anticipated the arrival of everyone while Alex Kralie is getting a surprise visit.  The animals agreed and remained behind to explain this to everyone else while the human Ghostbusters walked up to the front door and knocked.
The door opened.  There stood a young male, around 28-29 years old, in a grey sweater over a blue shirt, denim jeans and black and white sneakers.  He had short hair on his head, a go-tee on his face and an expression in his eyes that didn’t look very pleasing to guests.  This was Alex Kralie.
“Who are you?” he asked.  “What are you doing on my property?”
“We’re the Ghostbusters, kid,” Peter replied. “We need to ask you a few questions regarding some disappearances.”
“I don’t anything.”  Alex was about to slam to door, but Peter stuck his foot in the way.
“Under the mayor’s orders, I’m afraid we must inquire your past experiences at Rosswood Park,” said Egon.  “I’m sorry, but you are believed to be a key witness to suspicious activity.”
“I told you, I don’t know anything,” Alex shouted.
“Look kid, we can do this the easy way or the hard way,” said Ray.
“Alright, fine.” Alex opened the door fully.  “Back in 2006, I used to do some filming around Rosswood.  It was for a student film my friends and I called ‘Marble Hornets.’  We never finished it.”
“Any reason why?” asked Winston.
“I just felt like giving up the project.  It was a waste of time and no one could get their lines right after a while. “
“So what did you did you do with the unfinished movie?” asked Ray again.
“I got rid of tapes.  I was gonna burn them, but my friend Jay decided he wanted them.  So I just gave them to him.  I told him to burn them when he was done, but he isn’t good at following orders.  Jay was always committed to the film more than anyone else.”
“So while you were filming in Rosswood, have you seen anything out of the ordinary?” asked Egon.
“I told you all I know.”
“I don’t think so, Alex.  There is something inside the woods of that park that we think you may know about.”
“Something that’s been abducting children,” Winston added.
“Kids probably get lost wondering in the woods.  It’s not my job to be watching them for their irresponsible parents.”
“Look, if you know something that we don’t, you need to tell us,” said Peter.  “If you’re not part of the solution, then you’re part of the problem.”
“Then go talk to Jay.  I got my own problems.”
Alex Kralie immediately shut the door and locked it.
“Hey, where can we find your friend, Jay?” Ray shouted through the door.
“How should I know?” Alex responded.  “He’ll be walking around with a camera that he never puts down!”
The Ghostbusters walked back to Ecto-1, where the vast crew of animals was waiting for them.
“So, how did it go?” Melman asked.
“Pretty much as expected,” Peter replied.
“We’ll explain everything,” but first we need to find someone named Jay.”
“Who’s Jay?” asked Vitaly.  “Why do we need to find him?”
“He has Alex’s unfinished film that they call ‘Marble Hornets’,” said Winston.
“But the only thing Alex told us about how to find Jay is to look for a guy with a video camera.” added Ray.
“Well that pretty much narrows down the search,” Dagnino said sarcastically.
“Wait!” Peter exclaimed. “Alex said that Jay was committed to the film, right?  If you were committed to a film that hasn’t been finished yet, what would you do with the footage?”
“One riddle leads to another,” said Johnny.  He started pacing back and forth.  “What would Darkwing Duck do to solve this riddle?”
“Here we go again,” Rae sighed.
“He’d be asking himself a lot of questions?” asked Winnie the Pooh.
“Right!” replied Johnny.  “So what would a person with an unfinished film do with it?  He’d make an effort to try to finish it.  To do that, he’d have to reunite the original cast.  But what if the original cast wasn’t interested?  He would have to recapture their interest.  To do that, he would have to show them how much everyone would love the film… and what better way to do that than to show everyone the unfinished film.”
Suddenly, a light in everyone’s minds clicked on all at once.
“And what better way to show millions of people an unfinished movie..,” Zuba began.
“…by posting the unfinished movie on the internet!”  Leonette finished.
“Right!” shouted Johnny.  He turned to face Benny. “Launchpad, let’s get busy!”
“Okay…um, Johnny,” Benny replied.  “R2, run a full internet search on a film called ‘Marble Hornets’ and play back the most recent video footage.”
R2 beeps and chirps in response, then a small Wi-Fi antenna popped up from out of his dome and rotated in a horizontal position for a few seconds.  Then the little droid projected a holographic video footage titled “Entry 77.” The team watched the video, which showed the camera person entering a house with a knife.  He struggles with and is subdued by another person who ties the camera man up.  Then the second person takes the camera, leaving the first person behind, and drives away.  During the struggle, the camera man was revealed to be Jay while the other person who took the camera was named Tim.
“That must be Jay,” said Egon.  “We need to go to that house.  Can R2 pin point the address?”
R2 beeps again and projects another hologram.  This one is of the entire Tuscaloosa area.  A red blinking light in the hologram pin pointed the house that Jay was currently in, and a red line formed the directions on getting to the house from their current location.
“That’s a confirmed yes,” Benny replied.
The Fantasy, Madagascar and Pooh's Adventure team travel to a city with some history and abandoned landmarks to investigate a mystery surrounding the disappearances of many children. As they search for clues, they may discover something far more mysterious and terrifying.
